I am sorry to hear this. We print thousands of passport photo prints with great results but we do not edit backgrounds. It is your responsibility to select the right background for your intended use of the image. We have investigated your imagery and the background chosen is poor which cant be changed when it is printed. If you want to get in touch with a better image we can see what we can do to help.
