Hi there, I have checked and Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 7th October but there was no answer. You should have received a calling card but I have asked customer services to send you the details to retrieve your parcel. I hope that helps and you are able to retrieve your framed prints. We are pleased you are impressed withe canvas part of your order!
The quality of the canvas from a picture uploaded was excellent. Delivery was prompt.

The service was excellent. Next day delivery as promised. I was a bit worried the photos wouldn’t look great as we ordered quite a large frame, but they are really clear. Very happy.
