Can't login to the system, and the forgot password system doesn't work.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience with the customer portal. We are currently working on improving our login and password reset functions, with the new system targeted for delivery early next year.
My change requests have not been correct. I still am receiving emails to our old email account. It has taken numerous emails to get the name right.
At least calls are all great
