Customer ordered through YouGarden website, not Amazon. This product does exist, and we've sold and dispatched tens of thousands in the last 18 months. This order was dispatched shortly after being placed, but we received notification a week or so later from our courier that it was damaged in transit and therefore returned to our nursery. An email was sent to the customer and a full refund was issued by one of my colleagues. I have emailed the customer regarding this feedback - the item is still in stock. Will YouGarden Ltd
