Hello! Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We do indeed use an answering service in the even that our phone lines are busy. This is to (hopefully) ensure that every call is answered in a timely manner by a human being rather than an answer phone. They do not have access to our internal system as they are only there to take messages. It is odd, however, that you were told our offices were closed at 4:30pm when our offices are open until 5pm. I apologies for that and will take this matter up with them. Regarding your delivery I am pleased to see that your order was delivered within the 3 working day lead time however I offer my apologies again that it took some time to confirm this to you over the phone.
