Having paid for first class delivery I am still waiting for delivery on 22 December-there is no tracking on this parcel

I can confirm that your items were despatched by first class post and am really sorry that like so many other people you have been affected by the severe delays currently being experienced by the Royal Mail. We do offer a tracked courier service, but as you selected our Royal Mail, I am afraid that there is no tracking. Please do get in touch next week if they still have not arrived. kind regards Fiona

We are so sorry to hear how unhappy you are. I can assure you that we did send the splitters out by first class when we promised that we had. As a small family company, I can assure you that we have no hidden agenda by asking you to send the garlands back. We would 100% refund your postage if this is the route you decided to take. I hope that by now you have received your splitters - if not, then please do get in touch next week and we will do our very best to resolve the matter.
