Hi. I am sincerely sorry that you haven't received a good customer service experience from us. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and dealing quickly with any issues that arise. I have spoken to our sales Manager Richard who has tried to call you. Unfortunately, we don't keep all spares for every machine in stock, as there are so many.
