For me 4star is very good. Cancellation process is a little convoluted.

The website is clunky and confusing and I ended up booking the wrong date as a result. No refund Possible so very annoyed. The drop down links wouldn’t work properly to add details and had to reload...

It was so easy to book on line. Lots of places to choose from and you can click on things that are important to you to narrow the field. You get an approval email almost straight away
