I needed an airport transfer for 4 people. Add said private vehicle takes 4 people. Made booking and now says one rider and gives no opportunity to enter other passengers or correct arrival time....

**** got booking. Then got removed from hotel over red flag from hotel. Try get help. So sleep out in car night never got dealt with got reimbursed

Efficient and fast response

When Booking confirmed was wrong date. Called WOTIF immediately .after many emails from WOTIF trying to fix problem but did not get date changed
