Thank you for your feedback. For clarity we have never sold ‘seconds’ and were unaware of this until you contacted us via Feefo. We do try to check items like this for any breakages before sending but as you said this is obviously a manufacturing fault that hasn’t been picked up. I can only apologise for this and we are currently 100% checking all our stock to ensure the same thing doesn’t happen again. We will also obviously be advising the manufacturer. Providing our checks are ok we will replace it straightaway and ask that you keep hold of the other one in case our manufacturer wants it returned for their own reasons.
