Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we sympathise, we haven't ignored you. Not only have we raised this with the courier we have also emailed you on Friday morning explaining the situation (please check). Not having heard back from you we had assumed the parcel had arrived (bearing in mind that the couriers advice is that it was delivered), so find your comments a little harsh. We have also raised a further query with the courier as there are certain aspects of their advice that are missing (which could point to an issue) We have also tried to call you this morning and left a message. We have also reserved another item to despatch to you just a soon as it arrives with us later this week. Please let us know if you would like us to send this or if you would like to cancel. If you cancel we would of course make a full refund once we have established the actual situation with DPD. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss further.
