Took far too long to complete .purchase was started December 2022. Contract wasn’t completed till July 2023. Now I cannot get accommodation as it is all booked. Paid maintenance fee January 2023.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the length of time transfer of ownership took to complete. We processed everything at our end in timely manners, however, it seems that the transfer work by the resort took longer than normal. We understand that this has now impacted on your ability to make a reservation due to availability. I would suggest continuing to communicate withe resort direct regarding making a reservation as weeks become re-available throughout the year due to cancellations etc.

I have been trying to contact Anfi. Calls go to a voicemail , you can’t leave a message. I have been given 1 date which is not acceptable. The whole experience has been a nightmare. When I send an email . It takes to long for a reply and the week is away.

Excellent efficient service from start to finish. Kept us updated at every stage of process. Very knowledgeable regarding the whole service. Would definitely recommend.
