I have purchased only one item from Woods but there were no problems with the transaction. The item arrived pretty promptly and was well packed. Quality was good. I am pleased with the service.
RETURNED ITEM BECAUSE ACTUAL COLOUR WAS VERY DIFFERENT FROM PHOTO IMAGE.. ALSO THE "LUXURY VELOUR" DRESSING GOWN WAS OF POOR QUALITY. HAD TO PAY RETURN POST.. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
