Excellent customer service. Despite various delivery problems (not their fault) they were really good.
The product was wonderful but it took a whole week to arrive instead of the promised 48 hours - a bit of a drawback since it was a birthday present.

Sorry to have let you down on this occasion - usually we do try to dispatch goods within 48 hours but due to unprecedented demand for this product we were out of stock at the time of order. Sorry for any inconveneience caused and if you shop with us again we will try to do better!
