They took an interest in my order and delivered it as promised.
Very pleased with pyjamas I bought on 17th September and delivered on 19th.
Disappointed to find them out of stock in my size when wished to buy another pair on 1st October.

Thank you for your feedback , glad to hear you like them , unfortunatley the covid outbreak is playing havoc with suppliers at the moment so some items are temporarily going out of stock , we hope to have more back in within weeks. Thank you for your patience , but they will be back!
when the dressing gown arrived, the bag had been opened and resealed as if the item had been returned. It was also not folded neatly as I would expect a new item to be.

Average as I had to chase to find out why the delivery was not made when they said it would be. It would have helped me if they had told me there had been a delay in delivery to them.
