This store looks disorganized, dirty and dated.
The staff were not friendly or welcoming and the lady behind the counter seemed to be telling the person taking orders off in Chinese / Vietnamese...

Good food but too small a venue to give better service.
Service was slow and seemed even longer with the hard cold seats to sit on while waiting.
Too slow. I ordered before other people and their meals were served before mine! Quite a long wait and not the usual friendly service.

I think that since I took the time to provide feedback you should provide some kind of discount voucher or incentive.
