Completely hopeless!

Completely incompetent service from start to finish. Incorrect wipers supplied. Convoluted and slow process to resolve. End result after delays and time wasting emails was getting a refund. ...

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you found the process to be drawn out.

We were trying to obtain a photo to help us match the correct rear to send as a replacement free of charge.

Once we received the photo and realised we weren't able to supply the part you needed, we issued a full refund for your order (you can keep the front pair which you were able to fit).

Bought a pair of euro/aero blades and while they do fit, the fit is not perfect with the small tabs on this particular type not quite fitting into the retainers on the wipers themselves. Otherwise...
