Thank you for your reply. If I had been notified about the requirement of further documentation then I would not have wasted my time and yours by having to further justify my previous comment about poor service.
They called me 1st thing on the Monday morning after I got quoted on the Saturday. Very professional and polite. Only query is why does my insurance run out 2days short of a full year.
