Thanks for your feedback. We’re aware that when our new website went live there were a few customers who had problems making an order. We hope we have now ironed out any glitches and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are also making a few improvements to the site to make it easier to use, based on conversations with our customers. Thanks for your feedback. We would love to find a Canadian retailer to stock White Hot and if and when that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible. In the meantime, we thought we should let you know that the whole White Hot range is now available from www.feelunique.com, which offers free international delivery (please do check their website for their exact terms and conditions of delivery).
