We do expect deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days, but it can sometimes exceed this time frame and we are required to allow 10 working days for completion prior to chasing the delivery company. If your order has still not arrived with you, please email our Customer Service team at enquiries@westminstercollection.com and we will be happy to look into this further for you. Hi there, I am sorry you feel I have not understood your feedback. We are required to allow a suitable time for deliveries to be completed by third parties. Most state to allow 28 working days for completion, but we feel that 10 days is more than a suitable time for us to allow before we investigate.
