I have been ordering from the Westminster collection for years and I have always been very happy with the items and the call staff when I have phoned them.

Hi, I’m sorry the subscription details didn’t come across clearly. This information is provided on the product page and in the order confirmation emails for a subscription product, however, I’m sorry this wasn’t clear. As multiple pin badges were ordered, this started more than one subscription, which is why you received several parcels.
I can see the subscriptions have now been cancelled, and any unwanted items can be returned free of charge using the details on the invoice.

Your order was placed on 22/03 and dispatched on 26/03, so it is still within the expected 10 working day delivery window, although I understand it’s frustrating not to have received it yet. If the item hasn’t arrived by 10/04, please contact us at enquiries@westminstercollection.com - this extended time is due to the Bank Holiday.
To clarify, only the initial order has been charged for. While the item is part of a subscription, no further payments have been processed. As the first item has now been sent, the subscription can be cancelled through your online account by heading to “My Subscriptions”..
I hope this helps clarify the current situation with your order and subscription.
