Thank you very much for your review and do let us know if you have any questions before your tour commences. Kind regards, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it’s much appreciated. I’m so glad to hear that Natasha was able to assist with your questions about the 21-day Silk Road itinerary. She has a real passion for the region, and it’s always rewarding when that personal knowledge proves useful to travellers planning such a significant journey. I’m also pleased she set clear expectations about needing to check with our local team regarding the road conditions, and that she came back to you well within the promised timeframe. We believe it’s far better to be honest about what we don’t know on the spot than to guess, and our local guides on the ground are invaluable for that kind of detailed, up-to-date insight. May 2027 feels like a way off yet, but if you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. Thanks, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours

Thank you, that's great to hear. Quick and easy is always the aim, so I'm pleased the booking process has got things off to a good start. We'll be sure to carry that same standard through to the tour itself. Wishing you all the best until then and we can't wait to welcome you on to the tour. Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours

Thanks so much for that ,and what a lovely thing to say. It's especially nice to hear you've noticed the behind-the-scenes side of things, as our admin team work incredibly hard to make sure everything ticks over smoothly before you even set foot on the plane. The fact that you've said 'always' suggests you've travelled with us more than once, which means a huge amount to us. We really appreciate your loyalty and your kind words, I'll make sure the whole team sees this. Looking forward to helping you plan your next adventure. Thanks, Jimmy, Wendy Wu Tours
