Prompt delivery and my first magazine had some very useful articles

excellent arrived on time easy to order

My request for the magazine was fast and very efficient and the magazine is just brilliant and not .forgetting the gift it is just great

good magazine arrived early great articles

I sadly found the member of staff serving me to be rather grumpy and devoid of any humour or friendliness.

not able to log in to read what i already paid for. sent email exeplainig the problem but no active response.not able toloh in to

although my first web user mag never turned up . in the post . after contacting your staff . they were very understanding and sorted the problem im happy to say my second issue turned up as planned...

this really is an appalling way to phrase a question. web user does not offer a 'service' - does it ??

Love Web User although as I didn't bother with Windows 10 there is a lot I don't read now
