I found this really beneficial. My gut feels settled, less bloating and cramps. Will be ordering again.

It tastes good and it really improved my sleep from day one or so. I still sometimes wake up in the middle of the night but now fall asleep again more easily. The only downside is the price.

Great quality and delivery much quicker than expected. I bought it because a friend recommended it, and now I definitely recommend it, too. The January Blues hasn't got us this year. :)
