Thank you for the feedback. We must have missed that answerphone message. As per the briefing on handover the gas bottles are checked that they contain gas before they go out and we reimburse you for any replacement bottle if it runs out when you get back. We hope you enjoyed your break that notwithstanding.

Great website, easy access, friendly and helpful staff when we rang with a couple of questions, an error was made on our first invoice but this was quickly rectified
