Not a good start
Tried to contact the number 3 times to sort a couple of queries before buying policies, couldn’t get through so gave up, emailed twice, no reply got a phone call 2/3 days later

The purchase was all done online and when I asked about cover for airside transit in the Middle East the response was quick and not an issue.
