My renewal notice didn't arrive so I rang and the chap sorted it all out with minimal fuss and included the online 10% discount without being asked.

Dealt with professionally and quickly. Would use this company again.
I had to phone after booking on line because it did not send my cover note automatically

Don't expect your premium to reduce if an existing medical condition improves!
Very polite and efficient service, but not happy with the premium increase. Will shop around next year

We have looked into this for you, and the price you have paid is correct for this year.
Unfortunately this year there has been a price increase and this effects all policies. As you renewed your policy with us, and we are grateful for your repeat business, you have received your renewal discount of 10%. This year the renewal discount was not enough to offset the new pricing.
In previous years we have managed to keep this price increase to a minimum hence why your previous policies with us decreased in price, and we hope next year we will be able to again keep any price increases to a minimum. We would be delighted if you come back to us and give us the chance to quote for your annual travel insurance so you can have the same great cover that you enjoy this year, next year.

Good price for travel insurance but follow up needs improving.
