Quick, simple to follow and concise. Having a rare genetic condition is difficult everyday but doesnt mean we cannot travel and this insurance gives great peace of mind on our trips.

Excellent 'old-fashioned' customer service, but in a modern world......rare!
Staff were efficient, happy, friendly, professional, polite..........sooooo rare to have all those qualities nowadays. They did exactly what they said they'd do (which many people don't do.)
