After looking into this for you it seems at the moment you have multiple policies in force, if you would like to call our office on 01483 562 662 in business hours tomorrow (9-5:30pm, Mon - Fri) we would be happy to investigate this further and resolve this for you.
EXcellent product and service, let down by IT function.
Happy with the cover provided and their service on the phone is second to none, but they failed to notify us of our annual policy renewal and it was only by luck that we noticed it had expired....
Overall im a satisfied customers. But there is alway room for improvement.
Easy to navigate step by step instuctions. I would definitely recommend Voyager to others.

I can fully recommend them o price but sometimes takes aes to answer the phone
