I had an excellent experience with Vivid. They made a courtesy call to me based off an old enquiry. We sorted an ideal itinerary within days right on mu budget.

Best travel agent that I have dealt with.
Friendly service with staff that listen and are helpful. Not only did the MD phone me when I had a specific query but he phoned on time as arranged.

Extremely knowledgeable on the destination.
