The hotels got progressively worse and miserly. The 19th floor for an accessible room was disgraceful. The internal flight very poor. The train 6 hours late.
Great experience . Staff well equipped and professional .

First hotel was so far out of the town and very grubby, after a few hours emailing Viva moved us to a hotel closer to town but really very grubby!
2nd location a much better experience
3rd location...
Very helpful regarding booking our holiday and when we had to postpone due to Covid they kept our deposit to use against another booking so we didn't lose it.
Kept us updated with everything...
Good service and well organised & thought out package
