Great timings on arrival / checkout, flight and ferry times. Good hotels -welll located for main sights etc.

They were very helpful but I have left detailed feedback re an aspect of the holiday that fell below expectations -sunhotels did not match up to Viva standards

Every thing went off okay only downside was hotel in Oslo, good location but it is a tired hotel in need of some care

Well planned by Viva. Good hotels, conveniently located. Easy to find from airports and railway stations. All transport worked well - apart from the horrendous check-in arrangements with BA at LGW...

Main complaint was that I wasn't asked what type of room was required, was confusing getting the emails with the vouchers in drips and drabs.

Your agent//staff member worked diligently from the moment I gave him my requirements. He followed my departure date, arrival and transfer times to the latter....even selecting a hotel closest to my...
