On renewal, despite never having claimed, much more expensive, huge excess, ever larger percentage of any claim disallowed, very curt renewal documentation.
Not happy.

Great service at Chatham
I took my two dogs for their yearly booster. The staff were very friendly and the service was great considering you do not have to book . They checked my dogs over and didn't charge me the earth...
quick and efficient young lady who was very helpful

Not cheap but worth it
Never had an issue with a claim, by the time he was 2 he had 2 operations costing well over £1000. My premium is at about £27 so not cheap but ito been worth it so far. Can get him treated first then...
I have had to argue a great deal about recent pricing policy- blamed on change of underwriters

So sorry you had to push for what you want with us. The change in underwriters did leave some customers disheartened! However, the good news is, these underwriters constantly monitor the prices and breeds and make solid long term deisions.
