I have had a look into this and apologise for the poor service. This mostly related to another policy with us, and additionally the member of staff didn't link the requested changes to this policy and so the initial error got compounded. We have dealt with the trustees for a few years now and I sincerely hope that they appreciate that this episode was out of character for us! Your positive feedback - despite the problems encountered - is appreciated.
