Thank you for taking the time to review your experience of buying with Verity Frearson and I am sorry to hear this was not as good as it could have been in your opinion. It is very unusual for us to get such feedback as we do try to keep vendors and buyers regularly updated. It was good news for everyone that this sale went through quickly and smoothly and the solicitors were able to push through the sale with minimal input from us. I can see from the file that we were in regular contact with the vendor and both sets of solicitors but I am sorry to hear that it sounds like we could have communicated with you better and more often.
