Thank you very much for your feedback. We were naturally very disappointed to see your low rating and comments. We understand your frustrations about the issues that you encountered on the day that you purchase was due to complete, due to issues with the banking system. Sadly these issues were out of our control. We take all feedback very seriously and as you can see it is very rare that we receive such negative ratings.
