Thank you for your feedback. We were naturally very disappointed to see your low rating and comments. We understand your frustrations about the delay in getting to completion. Whilst we were doing our best to help progress this as quickly as we could for you, we were tied in the with rest of the chain and the timeframes were sadly out of our control. We are sorry the dates we discussed with you did not com to fruition but we were only passing on the information and proposed dates suggested by the solicitors. It is usual that the for sale board remains in situ until the completion of the sale has taken place. Now that this has occurred we have asked for the board to be removed. We take all feedback very seriously and as you can see it is very rare that we receive such negative ratings. We will look into how we might be able to handle differently such issues in the future to avoid customers experiencing the same frustrations as you. Thank you for your time.
