Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that FedEx failed to make the delivery on time.
We have checked the tracking and although the parcel left us on time it was delayed in reaching the sorting hub and missed the onward transfer to your delivery depot.
It is now showing as having been delivered but due to the bank holiday we apologies that it took significantly longer than it should of done.
