Always great service - on this occasion I forgot a couple of items on the original order. Managed to use the "chat" outside hours to get it combined with a new order with only one postage charge....

Fantastic service as usual. Royal mail lost my order rang Veals even though it wasn't their fault they sent replacement order by courier at no extra cost and received next day 😀
