Could have been a 5 stars. And is not Veals Mail Order's fault.
Veals Mail Order was quick to fill and dispatch my order thru Bristol MC.
However, Royal Mail tracking shows the order has not left...

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of the issues with the delivery on your order. The Royal Mail have been having issues with exports for months. Some items are processed almost immediately whilst others are taking days if not weeks to process.
The tracking system is also not working as it should so it may be worth checking the tracking number in your local postal service tracking as this can sometimes give more details than the Royal Mail system.

Thank you for the info! I had placed another order with you. As I said before, this is not VMO's fault. It is just frustrating to see the kind of support from Royal Mail.
Except for this Royal Mail hickups, your service is outstanding! Thanks again for doing a great job and for all your hard work.
