Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Danny is a fantastic driver guide. Michael is also a driver guide and a huge asset to the sales and res team off season. We are so lucky to have such a talented team of guides. We are sorry that the changes to your hotel impacted some of the tour activities such as Carrick-A- Rede Rope bridge. Unfortunately, the change in hotel was beyond our control and due to the hotel that was previously booked closing to accommodate refugees as requested by the Irish Government. We are disappointed that not all of your tour lived up to your expectations, but thank you again for your feedback.

The change in hotels for two different nights and locations had nothing to do with not being able to stop at the Carrick A Rede rope bridge. We did see the rope bridge from a cliff about 1/2 mile to the SouthEast. We were specifically told that tour vans were no longer allowed onto the Carrick A Rede site which came as a disappointment to the grandchildren. They had been looking forward to it for months. One of the hotel cancellations and subsequent change to a sister hotel was due to refugee accomondations. I had no issue with that at all. We were rebooked before the tour started. The accomodations were fine. The other hotel change was not. That was when we were supposedly rebooked to the Diamond Coast Hotel. Upon arrival the Diamond Coast Hotel did not have any reservation for our party. Rob Rankin was called and had to scramble and get us booked in through hotels.com, or some similar web site, while we waited in the lobby. I was disappointed too, but thank you for the chance to provide feedback.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. It's disappointing to hear that your tour didn't meet your expectations. We are sorry that the changes to your hotels impacted the enjoyment of your tour. They were last minute changes, unforeseen by us and unfortunately beyond our control. One hotel that was previously booked closed to accommodate refugees as requested by the Irish Government. The black cab tour is a hugely popular tour and its disappointing to hear that it wasnt as enjoyable as expected. We are delighted though that the walking tour of Derry/ Londonderry was enjoyable. Again, we are disappointed and sorry that not all of the tour lived up to your expectations, but thank you again for your feedback.
