Software not service from uswitch
I asked to cancel. This was not passed onto the new provider. The system says I’m in my cooling off period but the new provider says that this has now ended.

Its a tiresome pantomime
I only gave one because zero wasn't an option. A complete and utter pigs ear that ended with me paying two different companies at the same time before I even knew what was happening. Im still trying...

Keep in touch please. Unsuccessful switch in December. Still waiting. Uswitch say the hold up is with OVO. Several communications with OVO and still stuck with them.

I put 4 stars as nothing is perfect really. It all went through with no trouble. I already have recommended the service to a friend.

Why can't we switch gas and electric?
Told unable to switch gas and electric supplier as commercial meter. This is incorrect as have not moved and used uswitch twice since living here with success to change gas and electric supplier.
