We are sorry to read that we could not streamline your plant deliveres to avoid your holiday dates.
We do try to avoid making deliveries during the times requested by cusotmers for non deliveries. Unfortuantely we have very small despatch windows for plants and can never guarantee to be able to avoid certain delivery dates. When the plants are at their optimum they need to be planted/or potted on.We hope the Raspberry canes will be fine as they are despatched when dormant so need very little care until re-planted. Please enusre to let us know if there is any problem with them.

I find Unwins a very good supplier of garden plants and plenty of variety.They will always supply good information on how to care and get the best from anything you buy from them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.
They emailed me 4 days ago to say my plants were due for despatch, but I still have not received them. (14 Oct email, today is 18th Oct)
So this feedback request is rather premature!

Thank you for your feedback. I do hope the Viola plants are now in your care. Unfortuately the plants were scanned off as despatched before they actually went with the delivery service. An error we will not repeat.
