Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us, and it’s lovely to hear you were happy with our service. It seems the Valerie 125 may not be the right product for you. It is the smallest window exhaust fan within our range and as you’ve noted, has a very low capacity. We do have other models with a much higher capacity that might be better suited. If you are considering something more powerful, please get in contact with us via the following link so we can discuss, as we’d only be too happy to help! https://universalfans.com.au/contact-us/ Regards, The team at Universal Fans
