It was a little frustrating that every time you phone, even with the same reference…
It was a little frustrating that every time you phone, even with the same reference number, you get a different person on the other end of the line. Not all were as friendly or as helpful as others....

as explained to unique cottage - property and location spot on, the big let down was the joining instructions and getting and returning the key.
