Very informal approach with as much or as little information that you need, no fuss, no pressure, just practical advice, given from kind warm welcoming staff.

Life at 3mph is a delight. It was exactly what we needed to recharge.
Booking was straight forward, regular communication in the lead up with news about closures or restrictions was very helpful. Arrival was straight forward and collection easy.
