When you contacted us to advise that the blinds were the incorrect size, we requested a photo so that we could verify the issue and accurately log the replacement or determine the best resolution. Unfortunately, as the requested image wasn’t provided, we were unable to progress the matter as quickly as we would have liked. We do appreciate that this may have been frustrating, and our intention was never to make you feel disbelieved. The image was simply needed to help us properly assess and resolve the issue.
