Products are hardly ever in stock, delivery addresses are not read properly which means deliveries are sent to the wrong place!

SORRY FOR LETTING YOU DOWN.
Out of the 80 flavours of Monin we stock we were only out of Apple Pie, Bubblegum and Lavender due to supply issues.
In an attempt to be efficient we have installed customer recocnition for returning customers. Unfortunately we were unaware of monitoring different delivery addresses given by existing customers and have changed proceedure to avoid this happening again.
As a good gesture we will be offering 6 free bottles with the next purchase.
