Slight hitch at Dubai airport when not finding our driver waiting for us. Our flight was early and he was late and we waited in lounge area for half an hour...
We flew with Etihad because it was such a good deal. Mr James Bell was extremely helpful in resolving some slight difficulties we had with the Limo service which Etihad offer.

When we have used Turquoise Holidays they have always been knowlegeable and extremely helpful. They know the "ins and outs" of their destinations and what would suit individual tastes. Prices seem very competitive.I can recommend them to your readers.

Malaysia is a fascinating country not least because they have developed to an advanced level in spite of the 3 ethnic groups having their differences.There are many interesting places to visit and they welcome tourists. It feels safe to walk about and crime levels are low.We went by train from Kuala Lumpur to Butterworth(7 hour journey) and enjoyed it because of seeing the scenery BUT I suspect most would not really enjoy and would prefer to fly!
Everything was fine from Turquoise except i needed a holiday voucher to take with me. This never arrived and i telephoned 3 times for the voucher which never came and in the end was e mailed to me. ...

Staff had excellent knowledge of resorts & ground staff ensured all transfer arrangements went smoothly.
