My experience with them has been fantastic. friiendly, knowledgeable never pushy. Love the fact that no matter when you call the agent can deal with your request.

Can't fault them
Friendly efficient service. Held the flights for me even though I couldn't confirm for a few days. Called me back when requested. Confirmed booking within a couple of hours. Can't fault them so far.
